This site is in a wonderful location, with a bit of a sea view. Clean and friendly and great location for a peaceful stay. I didn’t walk into Looe as I was visiting Heligan on the between my two nights’ stay, but you can and it’s a pretty place to visit by bus or walking.

This campsite is a wonderful place to spend a holiday, particularly for those traveling from a distance. The site features a swimming pool that allows adult-only swims on Tuesday and Thursday mornings, with access for everyone at other times. They keep an eye on the pool, which is monitored by staff, and they issue wristbands when it starts to get crowded. There is also a mini golf course, a tennis court, and a playground available on the site, making it enjoyable for all children.

It’s quite a step into Looe although there is a local beach (NO DOGS MAY-SEPT). All the grass pitches are on a marked slope so bring your wedges! Most of the pitches in the terraced hard standing area are more level. There’s plenty for children - swimming pool, tennis, mini golf swings etc.

Lovely peaceful stay at Looe CAMC. Wardens were really approachable, cheerful and helpful. Shower blocks were very clean, the lower one tends to get less busy with fewer children using that end of the site. Great that one block closes in the morning and the other in the afternoon, I hate being forced to get up lol. The site is really well kept, many pitches need levellers but there are so many to choose from you’re not forced to take an awkward one. The dog walk has a lovely view, shame you have to keep an eye where you are walking as so many think ‘free to run off lead’ means free to leave your poop behind too. We didn’t use the pool but our neighbours did and had a great time. We had a really peaceful stay but equally there’s a more fun vibe up by the play area, it’s great to see so many children playing together and riding around. Met some great kids with really fab manners. The bus was handy for Plymouth, Looe and Polperro, timetable is in the information room. And The Coddy Shack 10 mins walk (max) down the road is fantastic. The mussels were the best we’ve had in along time. All in all though a lovely peaceful stay helped by great weather. Defo recommend!

We have just come back from 7 days staying at Caravan And Motorhome Club Looe site. There were 4 of us, 2 adults and 2 children aged 11&7 and the dog. There was plenty to do in site with an outdoor heated swimming pool which was mainly either 28 or 29degrees. There is a crazy golf, tennis court and large children ply area. The wardens were very friendly and helpful. The site was very clean. The dog area was enclosed and large. The area where we were allocated was on the end and only 7 other hardshared pitches to this area. The roads into the park was main roads not your country lanes. I would highly recommend this site and we will definitely be coming by back.

Stayed for a night at the end of the season, pretty much empty. I was told that it was absolutely packed during the summer. Tennis court looked decent with what looked to be a new net. No issues with facilities. Caravan storage is available.

3.5 hours drive to get there 7 min before 1 pm told to drive away as can't enter until 1. No even high season not exactly packed there just a couple of vans. Absolutely shocking way to treat customers time we booked in it would be well after 1. Then 1 toilet block locked ? No Reason took payments out before we arrived is this legal? I don't believe it is? Toilets in male areas locked ? Just leaving 1 open. Good job there wasn't a rush for the loo and we were up early. Will we return I don't think so ! Been to much friendly sites and helpful. We won't be returning. If your going to cost cut bring your prices down .

This is a large site with a mix of grass and hard stands, caravans through to tents. There’s an outdoor swimming pool, and kids recreational area. The pitches are well spaced, and the seaward part of the site is set on terraces. The shower blocks are very good, and appear to be of a good size for the site. It can get a bit breezy, although we chose a spot that was sheltered from the westerly wind, which was gusting up to 40 mph during our stay. There’s a bus outside the gates to get you into Looe. £1.60 single

This is a large site with over 200 pitches, complete with a swimming pool. The staff are all really helpful and friendly. There is a small shop on site selling essentials like cream teas etc. We will go back. The bus stop is just by the entrance and the fare is £5.00 for a days travel or £20.00 for a weekly ticket, which 3 thought was good value, Looe is a short walk away or a few minutes by bus

Good site with a bus stop right outside with direct buses to Looe and Polperro. Lovely looking swimming pool but unfortunately some moron defacacted in the pool so was closed for 1.5days for decontamination so was unable to use during my stay. It wasn't the fault of the site so I won't mark it low for that. Families with kids seem to like the site and I can't fault them for that being so handy for the seaside.
