“By far the best bike buying experience I've had to date. Super knowledgeable staff and made to feel welcome as soon as I set foot in the showroom. Daniel had everything ready to go before my arrival and I was back out on the road in no time on my new machine. That's not to say I felt rushed, just very efficient with no faff! Everything clearly explained and organised. Had a look around the massive showroom and the huge range of accessories and clothing before leaving and felt like a kid in a sweet shop. You need it? They probably have it - or I'm certain they could get it. 10/10 buying experience. Looking forward to my first service so I can have another look around the place.”

“Picked up my Kymco yesterday from these guys, lovely people always keen to have a wee chat and talk you through everything. Great customer service; got a full tank of petrol with my bike and they even gave me a new chain for my bike as my last one was stolen. If you're going anywhere for a used bike go see these boys! “Put my winter wheels in on Monday 07.30 and wheels were ready on Tuesday 14.30. Wanyed to get away from dukl matt black and went for a gloss bronze as per pictures. New TMPS valves fitted and wheels all rebalanced. First class service all round, a pleasure to deal with thanks again Craig”

I called Kieran on a Saturday, not expecting a quick response, but he came to our rescue almost immediately. He did an amazing job fixing the wheel! I can't thank him enough. “Great and honest garage that you can trust your car to and it shows as they are very busy so it might take a little while for them to get back to you. However knowing your car is in safe hands by a mechanic that won’t try to sell you on additional work you don’t need is well worth it. Definetly my go to garage from now on”

“Taraqul was amazing. We got a flat tyre in a remote area in the dark in a hire car with no spare tyre. The hire car company’s networks were not able to help replace it. But Sillett responded immediately, made a 4 hour round trip, bringing a new tyre which they fit and aligned in their mobile workshop in the middle of nowhere. Fantastic service - thank you!”

“I had been looking at a product for about 3 weeks and my local store, Inverness, didn't have it in stock, but Inverurie ( near Aberdeen and about 90 miles away) did and a few stores in England had it as well. As I was travelling to Inverurie on another matter I tried to relocate my product on the halfords website but could not find it. Anywhere. Decided to go into the Inverurie store on 13 oct 2025 and ask, and once inside a female assistant at the desk listened to my sob story and located my product in under 30 seconds. I was really impressed and would like to say thank you so much to the lady with glasses for her expertise. Nice one Halfords another satisfied customer.”

“Took my vintage camper van in for it's MOT, first time I've used this garage. (it passed) So when my recently acquired motorcycle felt like it had a braking issue I gave them a call and was told to bring it in within the next hour as they had a slot in their bookings. Mark (Director) put my bike on their rolling road, which clearly confirmed that indeed the front brake discs were not as they should be. Company that I got the bike from are now going to replace the discs based on the feedback I was able to give them from Mark. Saved me a long trip to the the bike dealer. Really impressed with their friendly and professional service on both my visits. Will definitely be back.”
