96 Grampian Sexual Health Services
βGreat service with friendly, dedicated staff. When phoning, you get through to someone almost immediately and although it is a busy service, they try their best to fit you in at a time that suits. A couple of receptionists came across a bit blunt on the phone/in person, a friendly tone and a smile goes a long way. The nurse Dorothy was wonderful. Even though I was late for my appt, she met me with kindness, patience and respect, and I was so grateful for this. Overall this service deserves 5 stars. Thanks guys!β

113 Hatton Garage Ltd
βHanding the keys over to your car and leaving it unattended with a stranger takes a lot of trust. This is a business that understands that your car is most likely the second most expensive thing, next to your home, that you own. I've had both of my cars to them in the past week and I'm confident that I will now be a regular. The building is impressive and reassuringly well presented with no mess or parts lying around! Also I got a courtesy car which helped! Pauline and Craig were great to deal with. Responding to e-mails promptly and keeping me informed as to what was happening with my car. My Toyota went in for a full service and came out driving smoother, braking better and running about 5mpg+ improved. Craig explained fully what was on my invoice and why he'd done it so he could help me better understand what had been done. I genuinely feel that other places that i've had my car service with have cheated me and this is the first time my car has actually been LOOKED at! Will definitely be back and thanks to Pauline, Craig and Robert.β
