There were times when I was very emotional and could't focus to see beyond overwhelming difficulties but Michael and his colleagues were very compassionate, understanding and supportive. I was alone as a business person but never alone in the purchase process. They knew where to ask if unsure about any issue. The price structure was clear, we've had some obstacles in communication but their communication skills are as good as mine :) so they have won me over. Thanks a lot!
