“I did a one day tour from Aberdeen with the fabulous Neil as my guide. What a wonderful day!! Neil was knowledgable, had great recommendations, and was very fun to talk to. I will definitely be booking with Rabbie’s again!”
“The location near the airport and P&J live is great. The rooms are quiet and with comfortable beds. However, the hotel looks a bit run down; it would probably require some renovations done. The staff is very polite, helpful, and professional. Definitely recommended.”
“Excellent accommodation and service. The only improvement needed is the low shower pressure on the second floor.”
“Booked this hotel because of close proximity to the theatre. Very impressed with the room. We stayed in the "Gordon Suite", which was a large room overlooking Union Terrace gardens. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable with lovely high ceilings. Check-in was very efficient. Ecxcellent location being just a short walk after the show at the theatre. Had a few drinks in the hotel bar afterwards and lovely breakfast in the morning.”
“Both Brian and Karla assisted me with buying my first property, and the experience couldn’t have been smoother. Their service was exceptional, and the communication throughout was clear and consistent. Having heard stories from friends and family about how stressful buying a home can be, I was pleasantly surprised, thanks to Brian and Karla, my experience was anything but. I was genuinely impressed by how easy and efficient the whole process was. I’ll definitely be using their services again for any future moves!”
“We did fly fishing on the estate, Great time! Did not stay there.”
“Fantastic garage with excellent mechanical techs, had an issue getting a part as discontinued and these guys got there way round that. Jobs were done to a great standard I have a wee growing fleet and won't use anyone else now, very trustworthy and that's rare these days”
“Great tour! Highly recommend! We booked thru the operator's website not the cruise line. Cost was 1/3 of what cruise line was charging for a similar tour! Invergordon Bus Tour operator office location was right outside port gate. Duncan (head of operations) checked us in & got us squared away with details about the day. We met our lovely tour guide Allie & our motorcoach driver, Hamish. The motorcoach is very nice. (It doesn't have bathroom facilities though so use the toilets at the port before.) We stopped briefly in a small town of Beauly to stretch our legs & a bathroom break on our way to Loch Ness. Before venturing onto Inverness & Cawdor Castle we stopped for a picture at Loch Ness (no Nessie sightings) & a stop to see some highland "coos" . Inverness was pretty (for what we were able to see in the short time we were there.) Cawdor Castle has beautiful gardens & the history is very interesting too. A+ job to Hamish 's driving into the very narrow estate gate that was originally made for horse drawn carriages! Allie is quite knowledgeable about the local area lore and history of Scotland. She even sang us a few Scottish folk songs. Hamish is a funny character & great driver. We arrived back to the port terminal in plenty of time to look around the little port town & get back onboard our ship. Definitely would book again with them!”
“While out in woods you are close to several small towns and 1 hour from Aberdeen. We put over 800 miles on rental car. Nice place to really get away from it all. Pool and hot tub as well as Sauna were perfect.”
“What a lovely, welcoming place. We arrived mid afternoon and were delighted to find out hot food was on all day. My fish pie was piping hot and one of the best ever have ever eaten. The steak and ale pie was also tender and served with an incredible topping. The staff were kind, attentive and the place was had a warm ambience with great views. Highly recommend.”
“Beautiful, well-kept gardens. Lovely peaceful surroundings. The old farm museum exhibits are fascinating. There's a cafe on site for drinks and food. There's on site car parking that's pay and display. Entry is £10pp or £8 for seniors. We'll worth a visit if you're in the area.”
“Super place for a walk through the trees. Seemed to be a lot of scope for mountain biking too if you're into that. Plenty of space in the car park too”
“We had a wonderful family lunch at Banchory Lodge to celebrate my parents golden wedding anniversary. My dad has issues hearing so we were given the option to book a private dining space which was lovely. We were well looked after and the food was fantastic. Highly recommend”
“Just returned home after a wonderful stay at the cove bay hotel . From start to finish it was perfect . We spent some time in the bar in the afternoon - the staff were chatty and friendly . Just what you want and the atmosphere was really enjoyable too . At tea time the service was top notch and the food was fantastic . Both our meals were great and it seemed everyone in the busy dining area were having a lovely evening . We loved our room too . We asked for one that wasn’t up too many steps and we were given one that was pretty much on the same level as all the facilities - thanks so much ! Our room was lovely and cosy even with the wind howling outside . Finally , breakfast - once again food and service was first class and we left with full bellies ! This hotel has been one of our favourite nights away and we will defo return ( soon I hope !) Thanks again to all the staff - you’re great .”
“Bayveiw Apartments Stonehaven Is a fabulous place for a perfect breakaway! Great view of Stonehaven’s sea rolling into the shore and walking distance to the cafe’s and shops! We had a great break. Neil MacAdam.”
“I Would highly recommend Gregor and Lefevre Litigations. He got us the best out come for our 19yr old son on a driving charge, himself and the company were Very professional, straight talking, explained everything clearly, and supportive through which was a stressful period for us as a family, we can’t thank Gregor enough for what he did. I would definitely recommend Gregor and his team to anyone looking for a reliable, professional legal support,”
“Absolutely spotless. Definitely 11/10. Lovely warm welcome. Redcraigs lodges is somewhere we will certainly go back to. We can't recommend it highly enough. Graham and Teresa run a lovely place. Thanks again.”
“I engaged the services of Rowena McIntosh of McTaggart McIntosh to help me with divorce proceedings. Rowena was completely professional and all the advice she gave throighout was clear, sound and fair but she was also kind and empathtic and I felt treated as an individual rather than just another case. The receptionists, administrators that I spoke to or emailed where also always friendly, helpful and efficient . I have no hesitation in recommending this Company.”
“I was not sure what to expect from this municipal golf course as it was not very highly rated, but I was pleasantly surprised. Especially considering the dry spring and the storm that came through a few months ago this course is in great shape. The airplanes flying overhead were a fun addition.”
“A few friends and myself recently done the Fife Coastal Villages Tour using High Spirits and we’ve been delighted from start to finish with the service we were provided. Grant who was our Tour Guide was so lovely and sorted the whole trip for us with nothing being too much hassle at all. He was knowledgeable, friendly and loved a laugh too. We shopped around for a while and compared a few different companies but when it comes to costs, High Spirits Tours were by far the outright winner. Many other companies seem to promote cheap prices to hook you in, so the price we saw advertised was never what was quoted in the end, whereas High Spirits Prices includes everything, so our hotels and excursions were all included in the cost so it worked out so much cheaper. We had a great few days exploring the sites of Fife and made a few unscheduled ‘refreshment’ stops too which Grant was more than happy to accommodate for us. We are planning the Gourmet Galloway Tour next! Can’t recommend High Spirits Tours enough, five star service from start to finish!”
“We had an excellent tour with Duncan. He was very knowledgeable and showed us some of the best kept secrets of Scotland! Would definitely recommend.”
“I absolutely loved the tour; it was a surprisingly enjoyable experience. The organization and the routes were perfect. Chris and Marta were wonderful hosts and incredibly professional. I'll definitely repeat this experience.”
