A lovely polite young gentleman helped me put the buggy together in store as I was juggling a fractious 13 month old. He also discretely fitted the front wheels that I mistakenly thought were spares but turned out to be quite important !! Gave me a few things to try first before installing the new one and said if I could fix mine I could send the new one back for a full refund. 100% will go back for anything gas related. Couldn't have asked for a better experience. Had to fit the new water heater in the end and it's working perfect. Happy days.”
