“This shop is safe enough for you to get groceries alone and the staff is nice and kind and there is toilets not far from the pay area and there is a post office and a chippy in the shop and the shop has its own atm and there is even some amazing hotels near the shop and the shop is located near Glen Park and lough shore and Whiteabbey train station is not far away from the shop and there is a bus stop near the shop and parking is always easy to find”

“An excellent supermarket that you can go to in the local area near Beersbridge. Friendly employees and newly redesigned, it has good groceries for a great price. The shop now has two self service checkouts that work with a credit card only. Highly recommend.”

“I am in this store every day at the minute and it is amazing! Everyone is able to go (wheelchair accessible) and it's all on one floor. There is a subway and also a food deli, which I have to say are awesome! The spar is responsible priced and there are great deals to get here ! I would recommend to everyone.”

“Several weeks ago while paying for a few items I dropped a £20 note in the Antrim Road Maxol Spar. Much later in the day, when I realised what had happened, I thought I might as well go back and check although I very much doubted that IF it had been found, that it would have been turned in. Imagine my surprise and delight when I discovered that not only had it been found by the always pleasant and friendly Pauline, but that another employee had recognised me as the owner of the £20 from a screen shot taken of me at the earlier time when I dropped the money. Thank you Pauline! Always great service at this Spar at a time when the concept of "service" is fast eroding.”

Love the homeware and household on the first floor, Wallis and off course the stunning ladies clothing labels on the top floor inc Planet. Keep up the great work, there's few great places to shop on the High Street left.”

“I regularly order from this restaurant and always find their food to be the best of all Pizza places and have never had any issues with my order until this evening. Unfortunately, due to a technical issue with Just Eat, my order was put in for collection rather than takeaway. Upon not receiving my order I called the restaurant, explained the situation and was dealt with incredibly politely and professionally and my food was delivered as soon as could have been practicably expected. Highly recommended, thanks for resolving my issue so promptly!”

“Ample essentials. Lovely staff, great to nip into for your milk, bread, paper and lottery tickets. Wouldn't say I'm Tesco's biggest fan but the staff in this store are very friendly, helpful and actually smile at the customer. Take note other tesco stores, learn from this team.”
