“Just over a year ago now, my much loved Golf 4 tdi, that's been serving me faithfully for literally 17 years finally stopped. A broken rear engine block mount meant the engine became unsupported and tilted slightly, pressing against the timing belt. Belt was damaged and as a result jumped couple of teeth causing the dreaded head damage. Of course everyone said that it wasn't worth repairing but it was to me. I needed someone who I could trust and was advised to give it to Brennan's. The work was first class I have to say and for the last year since the repair its been going like a dream, so happy that I made the decision to give it to a competent mechanic. The broken engine block bracket btw was replaced with a bespoke one, hand made utilising spare mount holes in the block, great job! Bottom line is I wouldn't hesitate to use Brennan's again as my experience was good honest work. Nathan”

“I was on the phone with a persons named Matt ( to follow up re car repair) and he directed me over to Mollusk branch w/o even looking into the query details. Rang them again but he refused to speak with me this time. Find this unprofessional. I don’t think that’s how you properly deal with clients. Rang a few days later and another staff ( also named Matt) was more knowledgeable and forwarded me to one of the schedulers (Phil). Phil on the other hand was the opposite. She dealt with all issues properly and meticulously. She was very patient over the phone and explained why there has been a delay. I also expressed my disappointment as the car accident happened 1st week of June and it’s already February yet nothing has been done to get it repaired. Declan ( probably the owner, manager or team lead) contacted me and was kind enough over the phone to address any concerns. He explained there were 2 Matts working at their site and there has been some confusion on which branch should do the fixing. Dropped our vehicle last week of February and picked it up 3rd week of March. There was a part missing but so far the repair went well. Personally met with Phil and Declan and they were very professional. One of their staff Andrew was kind enough to show my husband the missing part. Thank you Wrights Dundonald. Special mention to Declan and Phil.”
