“The young owner seems a lovely guy. Turns out 5 of his family are in the business. I suggested he really ought to put "Family business" on the signage outside. I live on a narrow boat and travel the whole of the UK, I don't want to have my car worked on by people who are treated for the benefit of shareholder returns. It's not going to lead to happy people working on a tonne of metal which sticks to the road with a surface area of a tabloid newspaper. Very nice buying experience and the fitting which was lovely and relaxed. There looks to be just a perfect level of work going through for customers to receive great service and fitting attention to detail.”

Despite the wheels initially being ordered to the wrong branch, they managed to sort it out and get the alloys/tyres delivered up to Wolves within 24hrs a d get them fitted really quickly. This is the kind of customer service I have travelled an hour for, as oppose to my local garages.”

The guy at the counter cared more about actually giving proper advice than trying to sell me something that would only give a temporary fix to my issue. In the end he advised me to just save money and properly fix the head gasket rather than using any of these liquids. They're actually sound people.”

Jack responded speedily, and the online purchase was quick and easy. The part arrived within 3 days as stated. Although this is a brand new light, it is surplus stock and they tell you in advance that since the part has been in storage it may have light scratches or scuffs. But I was pleasantly surprise, it really is brand new with no signs of any marks, and it works perfectly. And at a great price! A super customer experience!”
