“4 of us for a catch up meal last night. From the second we walked in the staff were brilliant.. really friendly and helpful. We had a table upstairs in a room really tastefully decorated, although a little cold initially. The food was wonderful. We had salmon terrine and a mushroom starter, sirloin and ribeye steaks.. absolutely lovely.. perfectly cooked and tasty... And all served by a really lovely waitress. Thanks for a lovely evening”

“Best Indian food for miles... good prices and great selection including soy tikka. Good range of beers including Butty Bach real ale and Cobra lager. Big TV screens to watch the big match too. Ignore the previous negative comments about not having Bathan's ales... yes, they don't but Butty Bach is just as good.”

“Such an incredible place, we arrived just as they were decorating for Christmas and it was beautiful! The setting is stunning, the rooms are lovely, the food was absolutely incredible and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. We also visited the spa and had a treatment which was fantastic. It's expensive but worth it.”

“Not the usual Bathams establishment. Quite popular with all ages even on a Wednesday and Thursday night. Very pleasant to sit inside or out. Staff have always been chatty and friendly. Beer is always served well.”

“The food here is excellent & in my opinion very good value. Service is also brilliant. If you find you have eyes bigger than your stomach ask for the remainder to be boxed up & take it with you. All meals are ordered from menus with a varied choice. The room we gad was spacious; luxurious & comfortable. Tea & coffee in the room. Very large bathroom. View over the river was stunning. Thank you our stay was very pleasant & would return here again.”

“A really big thank you to Jodie and her team for yesterday evening from Bromsgrove Astronomical Society. We held our annual inter-society Christmas Quiz in the function room with some 40 of us attending. Everybody commented on the excellent buffet , not only the quality but quantity.
