“Such an incredible place, we arrived just as they were decorating for Christmas and it was beautiful! The setting is stunning, the rooms are lovely, the food was absolutely incredible and the staff were all really friendly and helpful. We also visited the spa and had a treatment which was fantastic. It's expensive but worth it.”

“Very impressed with this hotel. Easy to find and great location for our trip. Car park free although a little tight for space initially as it is shared with other businesses including a McDonald's. Room was clean, tidy and adequate. The stand out element for our trip were the staff. We sometimes encounter problems with hotels because my wife is coeliac and eating can be a major issue so a special mention to Amy who checked us in. She was knowledgeable of our circumstances and empathetic of our needs. She ensured our breakfast the following day went without incident and that the team on duty were aware of our requirements. It was very reassuring as an error can have a significant impact on my wife. It really makes a massive difference to any stay we have anywhere to be understood in this way and our overnight hotel stays would be much less stressful if there were more Amy's ! Thank you”

“My family and I went into Trailfinders for a last-minute holiday booking. The staff were really friendly, polite and helpful. Heather was ever so patient, taking on board all our requirements and vague directions, to come up with some suitable options to choose from. Heather was very knowledgeable about the various locations and another member of staff (Harry) actually came over to give some more information and the benefit of his experience, when he heard the location we were looking to book. All in all, it was a very pleasant experience and we hope the holiday will go as smoothly as the booking did!”

“What can i say about our wedding here on 29th July 2022..wow ..amazing. magical..best day of our lives..we booked 2 years ago and due to covid it was pushed back..during this time the hotel had new management and we had seen a couple of negative comments so called and asked for a meeting..all our worries were talked through and we were put at ease..then we booked an appt to meet the new wedding planner pippa 2 weeks before the wedding and knew instantly that she was totally on the ball..she did not let us down her communication was fantastic and she did everything possible to make our day so special..we had no hiccups and everything ran like clockwork. The only slight niggle would be the queue for the bar but we did have a large wedding so maybe at the next large wedding another bar team member would help..but all in all our day was perfect and we wouldn't change a single minute of it. The team worked so hard and made our day special. Thank you to all the staff”

“Excellent hotel. With spa, gym, conference room, swimming pool and restraunt.. You can even have your wedding reception here as well. Located just outside Bromsgrove, easy accessible by car and public transport. Car park cost £5 per night. ( Oct 2025 prices) The staff were very welcoming, and very polite. The bar area where I had a coffee was clean and spacious. My room was spacious, clean, excellent wifi, TV and tea/coffee facilities and the shower/bath had plenty of hot water. And it was lovely and quite.”

“We had the most idyllic stay in the Old Dairy at Rowley Farm. The cottage was clean, cosy, and exceptionally dog friendly - with an enclosed garden that was perfect for our dachshund to roam around safely. On arrival, we were greeted by a lovely welcome pack full of goodies from local businesses, and a very detailed visitors guide that helped us get settled into the property. The bed and shower were particular highlights, as well as the incredible wood fired hot tub. There are lots of lovely walks in the surrounding area, and some brilliant shops just a short drive away from the cottages. We highly recommended a stay at the Old Dairy, and can’t wait to visit again in the future.”

“Such a wholesome weekend away, would definitely recommend to anyone! So peaceful and amazing location for getting away and spending time away from normality. The lodge its self had everything you needed (own car parking space) and was SUPER clean ! everything worked such as heating, hot water ect. Really comfy bed also :) We Loved our stay and will definitely be back !”

“We tried a number of kennels in the Stourport area before settling with Harvington. They are a home-from-home for our pooch and he gets excited when he realises where he's going. We trust them implicitly to look after our gorgeous fur-baby and wouldn't now go anywhere else to the point of cancelling plans if they can't fit us in.., absolutely recommended”

“Never used the rooms at the Dewdrop.I have been to the Dewdrop 0n four occasions fairly recently.I found the service to be good. The food was fine and the location near Worcester is great but I would take a taxi to town parking can be difficult.”

“From the get go Leaders were quick to respond and professional - specifically Aimee Taylor! She showed me round the property and was extremely friendly. “Not long back for The Baiting House, and honestly… wow. We stayed in the lodge with the hot tub, and it was absolutely spotless and beautifully set up—such a relaxing spot to unwind. Dinner in the restaurant was next-level. The vibes, the atmosphere, everything just clicked. The service? Supreme. The maitre d’ running the floor was incredible—we’d happily come back just to be looked after by him again. Now, the food. The mains? Absolutely sensational. Every bite was full of flavour and cooked perfectly. I do have to say, the desserts didn’t quite match up to the brilliance of the mains—they were a little underwhelming in comparison—but that’s a tiny blip in an otherwise flawless experience. Honestly, I can’t fault a thing. From accommodation to dining to service, it’s all top-tier. Definitely a 10/10 from me, and I’d recommend it to anyone without hesitation. Already planning our next visit!”

“We stayed at 'The Bell inn' overnight as we were visiting Worcester races for the afternoon and didn't want to take the long journey home after the event. The Bell didn't disappoint, rooms were very spacious, the decor was tasteful, our room had a lovely en-suite, there was Tea making facilities, with well stocked Tea tray. A nice touch was a little fridge with bottles of water, and fresh milk! We also dined at the Inn, the menu was comprehensive, and would suit all tastes. The food when it arrived was 'Superb' , well cooked and well presented! The staff worked very hard, and were very efficient and polite... couldn't do enough for us! The Inn is a typical country inn, its situated on a road junction so there is some road noise through the night, but for us this didn't cause any undue distress!!”

“My dogs love staying with mr & mrs Dogfather.. always so much for them to do… I’m sure my one dog is sad when it’s time to come home… I also got updates and pictures of the dogs which put me at ease. Would not take my boys anywhere else.. can’t thank them enough for what they do, as my one dog would not leave my side , but Ed and Tan knew how to deal with this and I was so grateful.. never thought it would be possible to leave Harvey even for a few hours but Tan and Ed had him for over a week.. can not recommend then enough. “Highly recommended. I lefy my boy there for 12 days (first time in kennels) and they kept in contact with how he was. Pictures and he was so happy while he was in there. Only place i will trust in lucking after my fur baby. Well worth the 1hr drive to take him. 5*”

We have always been very happy with their knowledgeable, friendly and flexible service, and our dog always returns to us in a happy and unstressed state. “Had a really lovely stay. Clean, quiet cottage. Great to be on a working farm - I like the sound of pigs and cows, but it might not suit some people. Hosts were really helpful with everything but also left you to get on with it, which is perfect. WiFi, clear instructions on current covid regulations, etc. All in all, will definitely stay again.”

“Just moved to Worcester and found this little shop. My partner and I had some beef noodle soup and bubble tea. The broth was very tasty, fatty and rich, the portion was also generous, we shared one pot and we were both full! Bubble tea was simple and tasty, I'm very pleased that there is soy milk option available. We've been served by a very kind gentleman. Will be back :)”

“I arrived in February of 1994, I was an 18 year old scared of my past and my future. I was suffering from homeless flu and very unwell, they helped me get better and fed me. For myself I finally had a family after 6 months I met someone and moved out. I am now 49 and have raised 3 beautiful children and married a beautiful woman for the last 24 years. Without this place and without the people, I would never have achieved all I had. So this place is amazing and I will always be grateful to it for all you have done.”

“We went in for an early evening meal - me & the wife, our 2 kids and mother in law. The food was beautiful with a good selection of meals to choose from and at fairly reasonable prices (especially considering the quality of the food. But the icing on the cake for us was that kids eat for £1 with a paying adult! And the kids meals were pretty substantial too. Dogs are allowed in there too so we took ours with us which is always nice to know as having a dog can limit your options sometimes. We didn't stay here but it is a lovely riverside location not far from Worcester, Droitwich and many local attractions. We stopped in on our way back from English Heritage - Witley Court and it is only 5-6 minutes away from there.”

“I have been looking for a property to rent for a fairly long time; and I have a fully trained border collie. Most agents frown upon pets and I find that an act of discrimination and something should be done about this! With Toner Estates this is not the case! They have been kind and caring since word go, have helped me as much as possible and have been fully open to pets. Charlotte has been absolutely incredible and I really hope that my dream home becomes available with Toner Estates as there isn’t nobody else out there that would treat anyone with such kindness and respect. Full star review from me and couldn’t recommend enough.”

“Went here for lunch from finding it on Google maps. It really is a lovely pub & the food was exceptional . They grow , cook & bake most of the food in house . It was so nice to visit a traditional family owned pub & restaurant in the countryside which isnt a chain . The lady who served us was very friendly too. Its also situation beside a small lake & has ample outdoor seating.”
