After setting up the caravan at a local site, I called in just after seven o'clock for three large chips, three large plain sausages, large peas and large curry sauce to feed me and the family. We all agreed the food was excellent. Will definitely be calling in again on our next visit to Leek. Highly recommended.”

“Don’t listen to the haters. Anyone can cherry pick some tiny negative details. This was an exquisite and generous offering which surprised and delighted. It enabled a group of school friends to reunite. We were given the best seat in the house with views of the river. Nice decor throughout. Service was well informed and pleasant without being intrusive. Recommend the cheese course. Very memorable.”

“Start from the location just next to train station and in the heart of this beautiful town. The second thing which make this place highlighted is amazing selection of craft beers from IPA to stout & sour. Third is awesome atmosphere which I really like. Good vibes and friendly approachable people in the bar. Specially I like the wall full of colour beer pump clips. Service was good and the prices were very pocket friendly. Hope after all these points I recommend it. Worth to visit”

“My family and I had a fantastic experience at the Tam's in Oswestry! We were blown away by the authentic flavors and expertly prepared dishes. The Tun Yum was a standout, perfectly seasoned and with just the right amount of spice. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff who made us feel right at home. “Hands down the best place we’ve ever been too ! From the moment we walked in, the vibe was amazing and the staff made us feel so welcome. The food was absolutely delicious. The drinks were amazing, never seen nothing like it we had such a good time ( who ever comes up with these ideas is amazing) The atmosphere was unreal, such a fun and lively place with great music(including Xmas music) You could really tell they care about giving people a great experience, when wr came for our booking it was really busy but the staff handled it perfectly. Honestly, this is the best place we’ve been for a while in stone, and it completely exceeded our expectations. We’re already planning our next visit couldn’t recommend it enough! Next time I think we’re going to book for bottomless brunch! Thanks guys, merry Christmas”

“Great to find a good range of Belgian beers, including several zero alcohol beers. Sadly, there was no bar food available when we were there. Very friendly staff. Live music in the courtyard made for a great atmosphere.”

“We stopped here for a few drinks on a Friday evening. The bar staff were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. There is a good variety of drinks to choose from. We went for a large sauvignon blanc which came out of a very large decanter, and was delicious. I had a double spiced rum and ginger beer, and it's worth noting the shots are 35ml so 70ml for a double, which I wasn't complaining about! Prices were very fair for the drinks, I think it was around £15 for the 2 drinks. The bar had a great atmosphere for a Friday evening, well worth coming here!”

“Tom was really lovely, friendly and attentive - always kept checking on us to make sure we didn’t need anything else. Food was pretty good, not much cheese on the garlic bread but not fuming about it or anything & pasta was lovely.”

Fantastic variety of Unique Ales and Wines I’m not sure who sourced all of these ales but they’re very resourceful lol I loved the Bitburger shandy ( low alcohol but very fruity taste ) Will definitely revisit soon Ps the High Leigh locals are so so friendly as well”

“Amazing venue, everywhere looks really funky great music playing. Service was good. Ordered 3 tapas plates each- quite big portions we couldn’t finish it all. All lovely The rustic bread with olive oil turned out to be toasted too much which meant it was a too hard around all edges and not great for dipping as didn’t absorb the oil- I’m sure this was a one off mistake Overall would definitely return”

“An absolutely beautiful 7 course meal. We couldn’t fault anything. 5 stars ⭐️ isn’t enough for this fantastic place. My only one regret is, all the staff signed a birthday card for Lucy, and she forgot to pick it up. She was gutted on our way home.”

“An excellent venue, with well-tgought-out decor, a lovely ambience, great service and very good food. Well worth a visit. It's in the Manor House Hotel where they also have a spa and a swimming pool (apparently with a swim-up bar!) so you could tie the experience in with a getaway break. We didn't, we just ate, but it was a really nice place to go and reasonably priced, too.”

“This is becoming our favourite restaurant now. Just so much choice on the menu alone, besides the daily specials. Staff are always so friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable about the food on offer. I also visit with a disabled family member, and staff are just beyond amazing with them.”
