Personal care and attention to any allergies or sensitivities with products. Staff at francescos are friendly and hospitable. The refreshments are very welcome especially as it’s such a relaxing atmosphere. Like a hair spa. .”

The lady who coloured my hair today was great in helping me to decide exactly what I wanted out of the session. She did a great job in getting my desired colour. “First time comming here i chose this salon based on the google reviews didnt disapoint the lady done a really good job at cutting my thick wavy/curly hair you can really tell if somebody has done a good job if when you wash and dry it yourself it all falls back into place especally my fringe which it did and i didnt have to retrim trim the fringe myself after washing my hair at home like ive had to with other salons.”

“Hi I saw Natalie for Secret Pro treatment for my droopy eyelids and under eye bags. Natalie is very knowledgeable and very experienced in carrying out this treatment. This was very important to me in deciding whether to go ahead or not. I'm glad that I did as I'm very pleased with the overall results. Results are not immediate and you need to be prepared to wait a good few months before you start noticing the results. This was also explained to me prior to the treatment. I recommend Medizen as it's a Doctor led service and the staff are all highly trained. Natalie has been absolutely brilliant at putting me at ease and ensuring my comfort and safety are maintained throughout the procedure.”

“This place is a hidden gem. With other barbers I have used over the years, you tend to have your favourite member of staff and you just have to hope for the best that they end up cutting your hair. With hair by Ali, they are all equally as talented as each other, so you don't mind who you get. I have always had a great cut & shave. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It's a nice added bonus that they offer you a drink the second you walk in through the door. If you've not been before, give them a try. You won't be disappointed!
