I was shocked as I’ve never received such great customer service from anywhere. “Great owner, usually good supply of items but my God - do u get followed around by their worker. Soon as u pick an item to buy it, as he was already watching you - he comes out the back with exact item sticking it before you had time to properly turn around and walk away. Admire his work commitment but creepy AF. Small sized shop, offers lottery, scratch cards, bus passes, pay point, cigarettes, alcohol and vape stuff. Few fresh veggies and fruit, sandwiches and buns. Small ATM inside that charges 99p currently to withdraw (as of Jan 2021). Parking outside but spaces are minimal due to access, temp traffic lights and double yellows. It’s also on a one way road so plan properly if driving. Directly next to a Royal Mail sorting office so they do tend to take those few spaces depending on the time of day. On the other side is a chippy and a grocery store. Prices are ok, nothing steep. Used to be open till 10pm but I think it’s 9pm since lockdown. Please check.”

“Rubee has been very professional throughout, she has always been honest, we had a couple of issues with timing with my daughters outfits no fault of Rubee's, she made sure my daughter's were not without outfits, new outfits were made from scratch just in case the other ones did not arrive. The fitting was perfect. She even came to deliver them personally herself. She went above and beyond, and still continues to do so every time i visit the shop.”

“What a wonderful shop with beautiful and reasonably priced dresses and such helpful staff. 5 stars! The shop looked lovely as we walked in and had a great range of high quality dresses in all sizes. Julie was very patient and helped us with the selection and with trying on. As soon as my daughter decided on the dress she wanted, Julie called Jenny to do an immediate fitting as the prom was only a few weeks away. We were reassured that it would not be a problem for the alterations to be completed in good time. We even bought some lovely shoes to go with the dress. We had a wonderful shopping experience and the look on my daughter’s face when she saw herself in her prom dress is something I will never forget!
