“I have to be honest, they really really looked after me…my car was hit and run, I contacted them immediately after I saw what’s happened to my car, the scene was a bit scary I thought my car was scrapped…I was then provided a Mercedes CLA 2023 the same night and had it until my claim was concluded which took around 6-7 weeks… Everything went smooth and I was happy with my settlement. Every time I spoke with their engineer he sounded really professional and patient and explained things in a way that was easily understandable. I also cooperated as much as possible with them. I’ve had my renewal price and I’m happy with it too. Can’t say much more…I’ve decided to stay with them until I drive in the UK.”

“Breakdown call out and the guy that turned up was absolutely amazing. Not only did he go above and beyond to not only support me but also took care of my little boy who has autism. I had to be took to a garage and when he saw just how upset I was by triggering past events he offered to leave the van with me , take the car and get a taxi back so I didn’t have to drive the car. With his patience and prep talk I did manage to drive crawl to a garage with him following me in the van. He sorted everything for me at garage and took me and my little boy home in the RAC van which made my boys day. Sometimes it’s the little things that mean the most and I would never have managed to do it if it wasn’t for him.”

For anyone considering this company I would say so long as your not planning to drive like a numpty then u should be fine I was accidentally speeding towards the end of my policy they rung me we had a conversation about it and they said all is good just be more careful in future overall never had any major issues with them.”
