“I always do annual maintenance with Stewart and this time as well I was not disappointed. Service was top class and I had prior knowledge about part replacement from the customer care. The engineer was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained the issue with my boiler and what he needed to do to fix it. He was also very patient and answered all of my questions. Boiler is now very quieter and more efficient. Thanks”

“This place is the one! Went to a different Aircon "specialist" and they "vacuum tested" it and just gassed it but a month later when it started getting warm outside and I could test the Aircon, it wasn't working. I came to this place instead and did a proper pressure test instead of a vacuum test and highlighted the issue almost immediately. Very good price as well so I can definitely recommend.”

“What an incredible warm welcoming super helpful shop. The team here has been wonderful and super helpful as long as I can remember (I turn 30 in two months), the shop has never failed to not have something I need, they pretty much have everything in there and 9 times out of 10 multiple options to choose from suiting all budgets. The key thing for me is the Team, everyone there is a delight and always super helpful, it's more than a shop and I love that I have such a great relationship with a homely place and homely people. For years they've dropped off birdseed to my Nan's home and I am more than grateful for that! Firstly a shout out to Lak, what a legend, we've seen each other grow and evolve over the years :) I'd also love to give a shout out to Sunny and Ronnie! These two guys are great! Always there and happy to help and such lovely great energy! There's never been a time I've left feeling unfulfilled or like I don't have what I need to continue forward with what ever it may be. Any project or thing that I've wanted to do (especially getting things to make my Nan's garden lovelier) A D L Homestore has it, and these two will always find what I need if I cannot find it myself. Also, I've been impressed several times how they seem to know where everything is, with the amount of stuff in the store it seems impossible to know where everything is, but they do! There aren't enough words to express my humble loving kind vibes towards everyone involved that is part of the team, I hope they continue for as long as I do, they're a staple for the community and honestly it is the best hardware store I've ever came across, not only do the have everything, it is all more than reasonably priced. They've even stored my watch batteries, my watch links, they've even done me several key cuts and they always work perfectly, never had any issues! “Jackson's service was incredibly friendly and professional, from beginning to end. Nothing was too much trouble and communication was excellent. They even came out to check before hand that the driver could access the property, when delivering the shed we ordered and also to check that the surface was properly level before laying the concrete shed. I highly recommend this company and am very thankful for the service provided. It's unusual to have this level and quality of work nowadays.”

“It’s not often that I write reviews, I'm probably one of those that just expects good service, however dealing with Worcester Timber Products I felt compelled to leave a review as their service was nothing short of 5 gold stars. Ordered a number of fence panels and left a special instruction asking if I could get them by the weekend. I got the automated reply to say thanks for the order it will be 7-10 days. Long story short I got a second email to say I would get them the next day which was less than 24 hours which tells me someone read my request. The team where extremely courteous when they dropped them off and ther went above and beyond by placing them where I needed them, not just dumping them at the gate like so many companies do. “Excellent service and top-quality materials Earlswood GLC is a great garden centre. As well as all the plants, garden tools and outdoor products you’d expect, their building materials are also excellent. I recently ordered everything I needed to remove and replace my garden fence – panels, concrete posts, tools and other materials – and it was all available in one place. Everything is made on site and the quality is the best I’ve seen. I’m really pleased with how it turned out. I dealt with Steve from the team who was absolutely fantastic – helpful, knowledgeable and easy to deal with. I can’t recommend this garden centre enough.”

Had 3 fence panels replaced and now considering having the remaining panels replaced, such is the quality of the product and professionalism of fitters. Was concerned that planting near the fence may get damaged, however fitters were extremely careful and no plants were harmed. Also, removed old panels for a reasonable extra charge. Highly recommended.”

He checked pressures, spark plugs cleaned the heat exchanger something never been done by British Gas. I’ve requested same engineer to do boiler service next year.
