With the order i ordered a kinder beuro milkshake which was nice but the only downside was the wrapper had been blended in with the milkshake. So as i was sipping i was getting bits of plastic. Rang them up to explain that i wasnt happy about the milkshake cos i was basically getting bits of plastic every other sip And they said they are really sorry about it and to stop drinking it. They said they would send a replacement out asap and asked what else i wanted on the house. So i got sent 2 free milkshakes for the mistake. The man on the phone was really polite to Customer service was really good.The other two milkshakes was sent out was on point. And i will deffo be ordering again just for the milkshake”
