“Honestly, we stumbled upon a gem of a place last night. If you're ever craving proper, authentic food, you have to try Gurkha 1816. We kept it simple and ordered the Chowmin, Veg Momos, and Machurian. Let me tell you, it was incredible. The taste wasn't just "good," it was the real deal. With the first bite of the momos, I was instantly reminded of the street food stalls back home in Surat. It’s that specific, heartwarming flavour you miss when you're away. Absolutely spot on. And the people working there? So lovely. They weren't just polite; they had this genuine, natural smile for everyone who walked in. You could feel the good vibe in the whole room, everyone around us was just... happy, digging into their food with big smiles. A heads-up: this place is no secret, so you have to book a table. It's worth the two-minute phone call, I promise. I called them and it was quick and easy, no waiting on hold or anything. Seriously, just go. You won't regret it.
