“At first not gona lie was scared of sending cargo by sea or air via any company as heard terrible stories from friends / family who have had iteams damaged or stolen and delayed or lost shipments with other company's But my experience with Awan travels is by best so far and the courtesy and professional attitude to understanding my concerns were met with great honesty and I respect that somethings are out of there control when packages go through customes abroad in pakistan. My parcel arrived within near 2 weeks and none of the items were damaged or missing. I was promised 2/3 weeks and my parcel arrived within that time. Awan travel (brother Malik)called me and updated me to confirm the transit and arrival of the parcel to its delivery address in pakistan .Which was a massive reassurance as was worried . So I have know recommend this cargo provider to family also and friends. Hope this review helps to ease anyone's worries who are thinking of sending cargo home. “I first started using Euro SDB to deliver our full pallet stock in August 2022 alongside multiple other couriers, we have now limited this down to just Euro SDB and another small item courier. Euro SDB is by far the most reliable of the couriers I have used and what sets them apart is the swift resolution service Abigail/Kate and Sally provide, it puts you at ease to have a courier you work with that actually aims to get you a swift response (Within 15 mins - 1 hour!!). Richard quite often comes to collect our pallets as a driver who is excellent and the majority of drivers who do come here do go the extra mile to get the pallets on.”
