I phoned 111 on the Wednesday and got an appointment here on the Friday, that same Friday I was in and out and had my wisdom tooth what was rotting for 2 years out within 35mins. Absolutely brilliant service, friendly staff. Couldn't recommend enough. Credit to the NHS. I can't wait to start getting a proper night sleep and enjoying food again with no more pain. “It’s not often that I write reviews, I'm probably one of those that just expects good service, however dealing with Worcester Timber Products I felt compelled to leave a review as their service was nothing short of 5 gold stars. Ordered a number of fence panels and left a special instruction asking if I could get them by the weekend. I got the automated reply to say thanks for the order it will be 7-10 days. Long story short I got a second email to say I would get them the next day which was less than 24 hours which tells me someone read my request. The team where extremely courteous when they dropped them off and ther went above and beyond by placing them where I needed them, not just dumping them at the gate like so many companies do.
