“Went today for a tooth extraction, had the best experience ever .Michelle put me at ease as I was extremely nervous, as the last time I’d had extractions it was my wisdoms at the Alex and that wasn’t a good experience. I didn’t even feel the local anaesthetic being injected , it was all over in minutes . Then later on she gave my daughter her check up and my daughter has special needs and is very frightened of the chair but again Michelle was very comforting and made it a good experience for my daughter . “Have used many kitchen companies in Redditch such as Magnet and AK Kitchens (both also good), but Jon at Signum was always the quickest to get back with a design or a quote, and his prices were always slightly under the competition (about on par with Magnet Trade), which is great because Signum kitchens are great quality and offer something a little different to the "norm". Cannot recommend enough and cannot see anyone having a bad experience with them. Jon was happy rejigging designs over and over until we were happy, whereas places such as Wren act as though you owe them the sale if they take the time to sit down with you.”

“I first went to the Alex 8 years ago and have been in for minor surgery this week. The staff are amazing. They were positive and caring, but the communication was the best I have ever experienced from staff who came across to genuinely care and wanting to make a positive difference. I knew exactly what was going on at each stage. The procedure went smoothly and I felt well looked after. The food reminded me of school dinners and was very much enjoyed. It isn’t a new hospital, but the ward I was on was clean and well stocked. The shower was hot. The bed comfortable. Visitors were greeted nicely. Staff were attentive.”
