Glad I find this store, no more waiting for my kegs to come online. I get them same day at a great price with fletchers”

I was in last Thursday This is an exceptional store, very friendly staff, always willing to offer assistance when asked politely and spoken to like a person not a servant.. These members of staff are doing an incredible job and deserve a little courtesy and respect !! On occasion I've witnessed some customers being demanding and discourteous... Believe me, I'd have thrown them out permanently if it was my shop. I have never witnessed any of the staff here being anything but polite to all the customers... even the rude ones !! In a nut shell... if a customer has a poor experience at this store... then maybe it's not quite as simple as it seems. On a big plus this store is impeccably clean and a real credit to the Iceland brand... I was helped by Debbie and Claire who were happy to get more products from the back for me as they were in the middle of restocking. Thanks ladies... Great job as always.”
