Amazingly a teapot and toaster are included in the extras! Very friendly welcome, replacement breakfast provided as leaving at 04:00am! Planes very close by, but did not disturb me, and would prefer this to a modern hotel any day. Taxi to airport was £7:00.”

“I had a complimentary stay from the previous ownership. The new staff were very helpful in arranging my stay, we had a lovely spacious room with all the facilities needed for a comfy stay. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the evening - food is 100% better, couldn’t fault it. New options on the menu which all looked great. Full English at breakfast was superb. Thank you so much to the managers and all the staff who made our stay a very welcome and memorable stay. The improvements have been noticed and my partner and I will be staying here again. Beautiful grounds, recommend to anyone!”
