Last time we were on holiday, we used another popular local kennels but were unimpressed- the dogs came back smelling and looking dirty, the blankets and bed we had sent them with were covered in urine- we just did not leave with a good feeling. We have felt the exact opposite way with Julianna's. The photo updates on Facebook are an absolute joy and so reassuring. The genuine care the staff show towards all the animals boarding is heartwarming. They really seem to have brought out the best in our usually quiet, anxious smallest chihuahua! Thank you all so much- we will never use anywhere else ever again!”

“What an amazing place. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The room was absolutely lovely, well stacked with towels, toilet rolls, hand wash etc and a lovely complimentary basket with croissants, pain au chocolates, waffles and biscuits. The location is great. We had a seating area to the front and rear where we could sit and admire the horses, llamas and Shetlands whilst having a nice drink. Heather was very helpful when we needed her and even had a little visit from Betsy. Would definitely recommend to others and can’t wait to come back. Thank you”

“Really lovely lunch one day and brunch on another over the weekend. Food is well cooked, presented and tasty. Varied and interesting food and drinks menus. Average ‘gastropub’ prices. Staff really friendly. Great outdoor space and a large pergola with fire and ping pong table (noticed they also have tv presumably for sports and hire the pergola out for parties). Weird thing to say on a review but appreciated nice and clean toilets with free sanitary products in the ladies in case you’re caught short. Small thoughtful gestures like this are always a winner imo.”

She spoke so softy, humbly, calmly, pleasantly, welcoming me, which most of the other letting agents and companies don't do at all. Whatever I say about Susan in praise is less. I called them few times and every time Suisan talked to me in the same way, very politely, humbly, kindly, respectfully, pleasantly and helped me immediately. Paul came there before time as well and showed me the property without making me wait further. He was very friendly, pleasant as well. He gave me a lot of time to view the flat, take pictures and a video of the flat. And remained very pleasant and talked very nicely and respectfully without showing any rush. Not just this, when I told him that I am interested in renting this property, he immediately talked to the owner and sent me the forms to fill in. Unlike other agents who show the property to many people and at the end giving it to one person leaving you frustrated and wasting your time and energy. But here with Partridges they behaved as trustworthy, reliable, very committed, professional, pleasant and excellent service. Paul thank you so very much to you as well. “Was a 3 night emergency stay and although it's not the height of luxury, it was well maintained, bed was more than comfy and the host exceptionally polite and friendly. I'd happily go back the if needed to!”

“An absolute pleasure to stay at, me and my girlfriend where attending a gaming event at the NEC and Gayton B&B was just a 2 minute train ride from practically outside the door, perfect! Both John and Kimberly where warm and welcoming, made us a filling fried breakfast each morning with tea, coffee and juice to start our day, gave us local sites to check out like the The White Lion pub in the village for evening meals or the country side walk to take advantage of the amazing weather when not at the NEC Event They made us feel like members of the family and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a weekend away in an idyllic location or a place to rest after a long day at the NEC with the bonus of a hot breakfast in the morning.”

“Dottie's is wonderful. My dog Bella has been going to them since she was a puppy and absolutely loves going. She runs up to Christine's front door and doesn't even look back. She stays with Christine when I go on holidays and I know she is safe and having the best time. Christine has helped turning my little puppy into a wonderful young dog. Who is social and friendly. Loving everyone. The best thing I ever did was going to Dottie's for day care and holiday cover. Thank you so much.”
