“Very impressive restaurant. We love our food from the east but this has recently taken it to another level. I went for a friends birthday party and all I can say is if you want to impress someone with a look of a place this is where you need to be. The food was incredible I think this is probably as authentic as you will get, everything is fresh and the vast range of starters and main courses were amazing. The food was fresh delicious and the waiters were incredible. They explained what the dishes were they were very thorough with relation to allergies as a friend was allergic to a few items however the Restaraunt was fantastic. Starters came out on time hot delicious and enough to feed a group of hungry ladies! The mains were incredible I have to admit the best I’ve tasted. Parking was ok as you can park in the centre car park which is joined with tesco this was ideal as straight after the meal I got to buy a few baby essentials which was very convenient. Overall I can’t believe the amazing work of however designed this place and thought the colours and atmosphere is amazing. Highly recommend.”

“Just been in pub bar lady was with a man that seem stressed and confused spent 1 hr trying to find out where he was from. Found out and found was from a care home. Phoned them up and found he had absconded earlier today. She put him in taxi and told driver not to take money till he reached destination with his carers been present at drop of. “I visited Shirley Kebab House and ordered a mixed doner wrap — it was absolutely delicious! The meat was fresh, perfectly cooked, and packed with flavour. You could really taste the quality in every bite. On top of that, the service was brilliant — friendly, quick, and welcoming. Great portion sizes too! I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend if you’re in the area and craving a quality kebab.”

“Chicken was the best I've had in a long time! Not dry at all and seasoned perfectly. Food was delivered amazingly fast and was piping hot. Followed up with a call to thank Piri Finos as ive had many bad experiences lately from other food places. This place restored my faith! Thank you and keep up the great work. We’re a team from EH Smith, and we had exclusive use of the restaurant for the evening – and it was absolutely perfect from start to finish. From the moment we arrived, the service was warm, professional, and attentive. The team at Divine went above and beyond to make sure everything ran smoothly. The Vada Pav was the highlight for me—perfectly spiced, fresh, and absolutely delicious. It’s easily my favorite item here! “This is the best Indian food I’ve had locally, I’ve tried a couple of other places, but now I’ve found Lloyds I don’t need to try anywhere else. I ordered delivery. The food was excellent quality, generous servings, plenty of meat in the curry (I’ve had some that were almost all sauce and very little meat), it was delivered in less than an hour and arrived hot. I have no complaints whatsoever and I highly recommend.”

Kerry was so accommodating and although they were fully booked today, she popped me on a cancellation list then called at the end of her day to offer me an appointment. “Had a lovely long awaited catch up with friends today we all agree that Desco has a lovely friendly and comfortable atmosphere. I had the tapas board and it was lovely the patatas bravos especially good. Staff were very friendly and nothing seemed too much trouble which is a 10/10.”

“Edit: We have returned to Java Lounge Blythe Valley park today and I must say we have thoroughly enjoyed our visit. My coffee was beautifully made and delicious and the children loved their milkshakes. The bearded cheerful chap that made the drinks was attentive and we felt well looked after. We finally stopped off for the first time at Blythe Valley Java Lounge to have a drink on 24/11/18 at around 4pm. First impression was great - decor is lovely, it was clean and welcoming. My children have chosen 2 milkshakes and I went for caramel nutty latte ( or something along those lines, can’t remember exact name). Kids loved their shakes, but my latte was sickening sweet, there must have been a third of a cup or more syrup there. I could not drink it. I raised the issue at the till with a person who made the drink but he said that’s just how it is, it’s caramel after all. I have had caramel lattes from most other established coffee chains including one that is a fast food and never had to leave the drink barely touched. To sum it up, even though my children loved their drinks, we will not be returning as I left very disappointed.”

“A great place to visit for drinks and food. Staff are very friendly and welcoming. On this particular occasion we went for Sunday lunch, the portion sizes are very generous and well presented. The only disappointing thing was the roast potatoes. Normally they have been excellent, but on this occasion, we found them to be a little bit dry. Fortunately this didn't determine from the rest of the meal which was very good.”

“I still remember coming to this little place when it first opened many moons ago. The people were as lovely as I remember them to be and the food was spot on. The schnitzel was perfectly done and the chips were golden and crispy. The bratwurst roll was also amazing and a perfect afternoon snack. I've discovered a new favourite dish..the Murghi Special, it was amazing, would recommend..and a reasonable price considering it includes mushroom pilau rice. Offered lime pickle (as well as the usual accompaniments) with the poppadoms, which I love..and the keema naan was also lovely. 5/5 from me....it'll be my new fave place now for home delivery. “We didn't realise you had to book on a Sunday to be guaranteed a table. It was a last-minute, belated birthday meal for my grandson. Kate originally dealt with the booking and even went out of her way to call me back. Although they couldn't guarantee that our tables would be together, the following day, Julie, the manager, went above and beyond to ensure we had tables together. This was especially important as a few of our grandchildren have additional needs, and it would have been extremely difficult if the tables were apart. However, Julie made this happen. All the staff were amazing, making sure the children had coloring activities and high chairs, and giving them lots of attention. Every member of staff was very helpful, pleasant, and honestly couldn't do enough. The food was amazing, and everyone enjoyed it. There was also a very good range of children's meals. We will definitely be back very soon as a family. There aren't many places that offer excellent service and excellent food. Thank you so much to Julie and her fantastic team x”

“Came up to visit my dad from Devon and we came here to get some fish and chips. He’s been multiple times and has never had a bad experience. We both got fish and chips and he got curry sauce and it was absolutely delicious. I couldn’t recommend this place more. The prices were good, not too expensive, and they cooked the fish for you pretty much on arrival. Jane, the lovely lady who served us, was helpful and went through all the options available and was so kind. I cannot recommend this place enough. Please come here if you’re ever in Shirley or live nearby!”

“Excellent food quality and taste of all the four meals + free addition, which we ordered yesterday. The food was warm and fresh as well and it cost us 22£ for four big enough meals - 600g each :). We ordered by phone, as we couldn't find a website (note that we've found the place under the name "King Man House" and it is now "Yammy Garden" which does have a website). The woman which picked up the phone was friendly and she spoke nice and clear. I told her the names of the meals (in the way we've found in the old menu), she confirmed and helped us to customise one of the meals. So, very good experience by phone. I was told that the food should be ready for pickup 10 minutes later, and the pay method is in CASH. I went to the place 10...15 min later and took the takeaway, already packed. It took me a minute - didn't wait. Excellent experience in the shop as well as by phone. We would definitely recommend this takeaway!”

“It was my sisters 40th birthday, so we decided to give Maggie's a try. It’s a new spot, and it didn’t disappoint. The food was fantastic, especially the Maggilicious – spot on! We started with the chilli chicken, which was packed with flavor. My favorite dish was the chilli prawn noodles; I could’ve easily eaten another serving. I also had the butter chicken with delicious, cheesy naan – no complaints there. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff was amazing. A huge shout-out to our waitress Leona, who went above and beyond to make the day extra special for my friend. I highly recommend this place – it's definitely our new go-to eatery!”
