“I’ve been visiting My Skin Spa Clinic for Laser Tattoo removal. The experience has been wonderful. Simone is so lovely to deal with, offering good advice and is very knowledgable. She was friendly, down to earth and that helped to put my mind at rest. I’m glad to be having my treatment with a qualified professional with medical experience, not a generic tattooist without the clinical experience to understand how to put patients/clients at ease. “I do not get my nails done very often, but they listened and did an excellent job. The Gentlemen there also tried to explain to the Lady next to me that her real nails were going to basically rot because of water ingress, and many many acrylics, and that she should have them taken off, but she didn’t take any notice, or maybe didn’t want to, and was very rude about it. But he did his bit. Which shows a duty of care over money, which says a lot in my opinion. Thanks again.”
