“Why choose independent companies over a chain? Because they care and will try everything to ensure your car is fixed and fixed quickly. Yesterday my brakes were making a noise, this wasn't what I wanted as I was due to go away the next day towing a caravan. I went to Bayliss Garage late in the afternoon and they quickly identified the problem, got a new set of brakes delivered within the hour and by 0900am today I've got new brakes, and more importantly can go on holiday. Keep our small business's independent and use them. I cannot fault any part of my experience.”
