I went in after both Samsung and Curry’s told me there was no hope of recovering my data, and somehow Zaki worked his magic and brought it all back. Honestly, it felt like a miracle. From the moment you walk in, you feel like you’re in safe hands. Zaki takes the time to listen carefully, explain everything in detail, and make sure you understand your options. He’s not just technically brilliant, but also has that rare quality of making stressful situations so much easier with his calm, confident, and professional approach. The customer service is truly outstanding – he goes above and beyond, keeps you updated at every stage, and clearly cares about doing the best for his customers rather than just rushing a job. It’s rare to find someone so genuine, trustworthy, and passionate about what they do. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else now. “Ive put a 5 star rating,in the hope that when i call in there tomorrow afternoon they can fix my Samsung,which has the so called "Samsung Black Screen of Death". Its a phone i purchased in Co.Mayo in Ireland in 2020. Id really love them to fix this for me,as it has many fond memories and pictures stored in it of my kids and grandkids. Not only was the price extremely competitive ( The lowest around by far ) They not only fixed my laptop but cleaned the fan inside and cleaned the screen and keyboard on my laptop plus the outside of it too.
