“Staff are always welcoming and helpful. The birds/guinea pigs/bunnies generally seem happy (and cute) and well provided for. Good selection of products (better quality hay) and a generous loyalty card thingy. Been going for years and will continue to - I bought my bunny here in 2018 (not pictured!) Parking near the test centre can be a pain but not the fault of the pet center of course.”

“Very friendly staff and very well stocked shop. A member helped us find a product too. 5* We came across a large dog pee up some tins of food which were o the floor. It's a shame the dog owner couldn't report the accident as it was a large quantity..”
