“Andrew fitted a new hot water tank for me 8 years ago. He’d left a sticker on the tank with his details. When my down stairs neighbour mentioned that she thought water was leaking from my bathroom into hers he was the first person I called as there was nothing obvious. Andrew communicated brilliantly with regard to arrival times, identified the source of the leak immediately,, even though it was hidden and was able to sort it out quickly. “Brilliant! Isaac came to find a leaking mess of pumps, valves and pipework in a cupboard controlling underfloor heating system. Impossible to get to the leaks without ripping it all out. Replaced with neat new manifold and electrical control box and smart thermostats. Workmanship is excellent ( shame it is hidden in a cupboard!) Found a couple of other issues around the boiler and fixed those FOC. Thoroughly recommend him.”
