“Went to an 80's night recently , first time we've been to Brierley Hill civic hall. It was absolutely brilliant. Big dancefloor, great crowd of people, staff all friendly and helpful, and toilets absolutely spotless - unlike some other places we've visited that made you want to wipe your feet on the way out. They had an really good live band and a disco afterwards, we we're dancing all night. Looking forward to going again!”

However Peter took the time to listen to me and explain what he was doing throughout the process. He had the patience of a saint for my first appointment and have been back for my second. It's a challenging task to cut someone's hair when they have limited muscle control. Matt displayed exceptional skills, being friendly, patient, and showing genuine compassion while assisting my father. “Came here yesterday after a lovely day walking our dogs. We only popped in for 1 drink but it was such a lovely atmosphere that we stayed for a couple more and ordered food too! Staff and customers really friendly and chatty. My daughters were especially fans of the pub dog who came out to the beer garden to meet my 2 dogs! Food was great. We had a veggie pizza and chips and a kids burger and chips. Good value and quick service. This pub is in a great spot on the canal and especially nice to be able to sit outside in the sunshine. Thank you for a lovely afternoon and we will definitely be returning!”

“We had Sunday lunch here for the first time in April 2024 and since then another 5 or 6 times. It has always been excellent, £11 or £12 for 2 different meats, roasts and mashed potatoes, carrots, peas, broccoli, cauliflower cheese, yorkshire pudding, stuffing and gravy. Served piping hot and cooked perfectly. The staff are very friendly and the tables in the conservatory are spotlessly clean. Normally have a couple of golden glow too. Cannot fault it at all. Thank you and we will be back.”

“A small outlet in the Merry Hill with a comparatively limited choice however I do find they have what I want such as razor blades etc at the best prices. The wife's moisturiser was £4.65 here, Asda was £11.00! The staff are also more than friendly, what's not to like?”

“Came here for a couple of bits and the staff were really friendly! It was super busy and they could’ve done with more staff but those there were really nice :) One lady who served us im not sure of her name but she had clear glasses and brown hair she was lovely and very helpful!”
