“First review (updated below this): As the receptionists seem to be getting mixed reviews, I wanted to share my experience. I've just got off the phone with one of the ladies at the clinic and she was amazing. I needed to register with them as a new customer and she was a pleasure to talk to, very helpful, efficient and there was no nonsense as well. I'm in desperate need of an appointment due to toothache and she immediately booked me in for tomorrow. I'm nervous about going to the dentist about this, but her professionalism really put me at ease! The Follow up: The receptionist who greeted me on the day of my appointment was lovely and helpful. The dentist and the assistant were both very good, too. I had to have a tooth extracted and the dentist talked me through everything, she was patient with me and helped me calm down as I was very nervous (I've never had a tooth removed before). Any questions I had were answered well and the procedure was quick and painless (just unpleasant because of the pressure on the bone when being removed, but that wasn't down to the dentist being negligent, she did everything perfectly). No negative experiences whatsoever, I will be happy to continue going here for my regular check ups! (Thank you to the staff for the speed in which everything was done).”

“Been in pain with a rotting tooth for nearly 2 years after failed attempts with my own dentist, apparently my own dentist kept saying it was put through as an emergency extraction when it doesn't take 2 years to hear back so I was fobbed off with my own dentist. I phoned 111 on the Wednesday and got an appointment here on the Friday, that same Friday I was in and out and had my wisdom tooth what was rotting for 2 years out within 35mins. Absolutely brilliant service, friendly staff. Couldn't recommend enough. Credit to the NHS. I can't wait to start getting a proper night sleep and enjoying food again with no more pain. Thank you so much!”

“I'd been going to this dental practice for over 10 years and always had an excellent experience. I don't understand why there are negative reviews. It is easy to get an appointment, and you are told that cancellations will be charged if there is less than 48 hrs notice. Mal, the receptionist, is very polite and professional, and also makes the effort to talk to patients in the waiting area - I always enjoyed our conversations. The dentist and dental nurses are kind, gentle, and informative. Sadly, we recently moved away from the area and can no longer attend this practice - I wish more dental practices were like Perry Park Dental.”
