This was for 30 packs of laminate flooring, the agent when informed we had no back access to our property hand carried all of them to the front of the property to ensure delivery was completed, he did not moan or grumble and remained polite and courteous the entire time. It was sad that he had not been supplied the necessary equipment by his company to make this easier for him and as a disabled customer I could offer little to no assistance.
