Went to the car to get blankets. ayesha was behind the food counter and came in to offer us some hot chocolate on the house. Sometimes, things go wrong and it’s no one’s fault. How teams handle that stuff makes all the difference as a customer - bringing us hot chocolate to our seats is the kind of simple, kind act of initiative that turns around bad situations. Ayesha, not everyone thinks like this - “treat people like guests in your home” is what amazing people do, and you did instinctively. “Well we saw the "Les Mis" performance at the Rose a couple of weeks ago and I have to say we were blown away. The acting, singing in fact everything was great. Having seen both the film and London production, we both prefered your version to the London version, the film still has the edge, although Russel Crowe could take a lesson from your Gevere. Oh in case you think we have a connection to Props we dont. Great performance, keep up the excellemt work.”

“I attended the Woodlands campus from 2013 till 2019. The teachers are truly amazing (Paul, Salman and Nada especially). The teachers really care, and they put every effort into the teaching. From the teachers to the security guards, everyone are very friendly. I really enjoyed my time here and would like to thank the college and its staff for making my time here so pleasant. Had a lot of fun on their Boeing 737 simulator and working on the Jetstream aircraft.”

“This great venue has been refurbished and is under new management. It has a great little licenced bar in the foyer that regularly runs different events like creatives mixers and open mics. I've only been in one of the screens (two separate films) and it seemed clean and as comfortable as any normal cinema. Temperature and sound levels all seemed fine. Highly recommend for anyone in Kidderminster area wanting either a cinema night out, or even just a pint!”
