“Got recommended to use this garage, read the reviews and thought why not. I have owned an Audi tt mk1 for a few years and have had problems from the day I bought it instrument cluster/ chattering non starting, battery draining when I left for a few days standard for the Mk1. Spent hundreds on it various auto electricians sent off the cluster came back no faults spent hours myself trying to resolve to no avail. Booked in with Vagcar Ade said leave it with Steve he knows what he’s doing, he asked for some details had a look at it and said straight away instrument cluster I was a little sceptical has I had it checked and it came back from testing no faults. Anyway Steve started his checks and I left it with him awaiting his findings,, I called in a week later to see how he was getting on he informed me sourced a set of second hand clocks changed. them and had put the battery on test awaiting to see if we had battery draining 4 days later no issues, I was a little concerned about having second hand clocks but Ade reassured me any problems to bring it back and he would sort it, he asked if I had had it remapped saying it would deliver better fuel economy and it would drive a little quicker, boy was he right if it wasn’t quick enough glad I listened Steve. I have left it a couple of weeks before I have wrote my review to see if the battery would hold out and the clocks not to play up what a relief when I turned the key and took it for a spin I have not been able to do that for years. Top marks to Steve and Ade for sorting the car for me I was about to give up and sell it, it drives like a dream and no dodgy clocks and flashing dash pod. Cheers lads”

This garage did a thorough inspection and then asked me why I wanted the tyres replaced? It turns out that they had more than enough tread for 10k plus miles left…..saved me £1k+ Very refreshing to experience such immense quality and honesty. “I have had a very positive experience when using Fitch Autos for a recent service on my Range Rover. I would firstly like to begin by saying that the ladies on the reception desk have been so kind, compassionate and fabulous! They clearly care about customer service. Communication was excellent and I was consulted on any work before it was carried out. Although unexpected repairs can be expensive, I know that my Range Rover is now in the very best mechanical condition it can be for its age and mileage. “Excellent experience. Took my car for an MOT and an interim service. I also had a few concerns as my car was vibrating when breaking at higher speeds. They took care of the MOT and service with no concerns, and located the fault and changed my brake discs & pads for me. They kept in contact with me whilst my car was in the garage, and the team were very friendly. They had even gone to the effort to clean my car and the interior which was a very nice touch. “Daryl, Jez, JJ and Nigel are the most honest, down to earth, extremely knowledgable snd highly skilled lads. My 2012 Shogun went in for the Intake manifolds and EGR clean, a full major service including all filters and all oils for engine, diffs, transfer case and gearbox. They did a fantastic job on my car and really looked after it. I drove up from London to have the work done by them because I trust them with my pride and joy, they are passionate about Mitsubishi’s and they know these cars inside out. It’s like hanging around with your mates, we had a good laugh! Thanks guys and I will be back for more stuff to be done!”

“I needed to get my caravan serviced at short notice and managed to get midlands mobile leisure to book a day . They contacted me day before to confirm appointment.The engineer contacted me on route and arrived on time. Service was done quickly and efficiently by the engineer. Additional work was required,parts were ordered and work completed next day . All work was carried out professionally and everything explained clearly. “There was a slightly dodgy start, mainly due to trying to track down adaptors to fit an older car with a newer radio, however the service throughout was great. A very fair price, and when an error message popped up just after leaving, Sergio said to bring it straight back, connected to the car and diagnosed the issue. Overall, finished on a high note!”
