“We came to CJ’s after a bad experience with another groomer in Headingley. Chelsea has been nothing but incredible with Dolly, our 4 year old cockapoo. Dolly has some anxiety around going to the groomers but Chelsea has used techniques that our previous groomers did not. She has been so patient with Dolly & you can tell she really loves the dogs she looks after as well as her job. Courtney & Harry are also incredible & I’ve enjoyed knowing and building a relationship & trust with the staff, in comparison to the previous groomers. “With a degree of nervousness, I took my very heavily coated bearded collie to Joanne at Look North, after a recommendation from another highly regarded groomer. I asked if she was able to make his coat more manageable for me to groom, but still keep the long coated shaggy look. Joanne listened carefully to what I wanted to achieve and she did an amazing job, thinning out his coat in all the difficult areas. The boarding rooms are hygienic and well sanitised and they run like clockwork to keep things routines and consistent for the animals in their care which minimises stress. The staff are accommodating to individual needs and are well communicated, and the animals are treated with love and respect. The dogs have access to a large secure exercise field with toys to play with and staff to interact with. If I ever needed to look for boarding for my two dogs I wouldn't hesitate to bring them here even if it is a 50 miles drive each way”
