“Totally amazing! Well what can I say….my beautiful buns Coco and Bean had the best time at Redbeck. Beautiful spacious accommodation in a deluxe apartment. Toys and enrichment provided. A true home from home and impeccably clean. Claudia is very knowledgeable and accommodating. If you want a 5* bunny holiday hotel with the best staff look no further. Daily photos were appreciated as was contact with Claudia when we got home to make sure the buns had settled back into their routine. Totally fabulous, 100% recommended.”

“I independently volunteer here on a weekly basis and they are a wonderful genuinely caring team of true animal lovers in a stunning location. The boarding rooms are hygienic and well sanitised and they run like clockwork to keep things routines and consistent for the animals in their care which minimises stress. The staff are accommodating to individual needs and are well communicated, and the animals are treated with love and respect. The dogs have access to a large secure exercise field with toys to play with and staff to interact with. If I ever needed to look for boarding for my two dogs I wouldn't hesitate to bring them here even if it is a 50 miles drive each way”

“We have 2 extremely spoilt cats & have tried various catteries in the past but the experience has always left them very traumatised. Yesterday, when we picked them up from their first stay at Greengates Cattery it was totally different!! They were relaxed, happy, & content & when we got them back home it's as tho they had never been away. No trauma! At last!! A cattery where we feel happy to leave them knowing that they are obviously very well cared for & content!! Judith & Jim are such lovely, caring people & were totally reassuring when we explained our concerns when first visiting.We needn't have worried. Their love of cats, all animals & nature, shines through. Thank you both so very much. Our cats will be happy to stay with you again!!”

“Amazing boarding kennels. If I could give them 10/10 I would. Always look after our large breed dog and we wouldn’t go anywhere else. We had a bad experience before and Toot Hill changed our view immediately even from the first look around. Very professional, polite and knowledgeable. The service is very competitively priced and reasonable. Emma is brilliant in responding to boarding requests via WhatsApp and they are very accommodating. My dog is always happy to see us when we pick him up, but also happy to see the team at TootHill on arrival which makes the process of leaving him a little less stressful! Thank you to the team”

It’s clear that’s she’s absolutely loved her stay!! We couldn’t be more pleased with the service, and at a very reasonable price too! We’ve had regular updates and it’s been so lovely to hear that she’s had lots of play time with the other dogs and lots of walks, both of which she adores. “Absolutely love Chris. My little girl Skye loves him so much and it’s very clear he loves her too and it’s not just a job to him. She’s so excited when he comes to pick her up and I’ve seen her in person out on a walk with him and her friends and she’s a completely different dog. She’s confident and in her own little world. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with her. The daily emails after a walk with pictures of the walk make me smile. I love seeing her having the time of life. She’s a tiny dog and can be nervous at times with other dogs, but size doesn’t bother her when out with Chris. He’s done amazing to boost her confidence and I really couldn’t ask for anything better. Would highly recommend to anyone and everyone”

“My Boxer dog Ernie went to Holberry Hounds for the first time earlier this year and he absolutely loved it. He isn’t that keen on having a bath so I was worried about him going to a new groomers, but I didn’t need to be. His whole experience was fantastic, he was put at ease and even ended up enjoying it. He came home looking like a show dog and smelling beautiful. From a human perspective, Holberry Hounds are professional, friendly, easy to contact and offer a great experience for both you and your dog.
