“Lovely pub with lots of seating areas including cozy nooks and bright tables by the windows. Lots of beer options on tap, it was hard to choose! The bitter and stout were delicious. During the weekend there were parking spots outside the pub on the street.”
“Absolutely Top Notch Business, Great Value For Money, Lady On The Counter Always Welcomes You With A Smile. Food Nice Too.”
“Great vibes and coffee! Stunning!”
“Admittedly I hadn't been to Shibden Park in about 30 years, so it was nice to call in here for breakfast on our bank holiday weekend visit to my homeland. My partner had the large breakfast, which for the price was excellent. Lovely hashbrown! My teen daughter had the medium and I had a bagel and creme cheese. We have cappuccinos and an English tea. Plenty of seating outside and in, dog friendly both inside and out too. I am pleased I got to experience the cafe and park again in a less busy climate. Beautiful place full of memories ✨️”
“The food is good and not expensive the owner as been there for a long time”
“A small theatre, offering both new plays and work by established dramatists. We saw an excellent production of Champion by Ishy Din, two months ago. Yesterday, we went to see Josie Lawrence in her one woman, improvised, show. A great evening at the theatre. The theatre is on the quayside, close to plenty of places to eat. Parking at the Quayside multi storey is only five minutes away, and it's free parking after 6pm.”
“Excellent panto again this year. The cast, the set, the story were all excellent. The music was brilliant too - the sweetie song (naming all the different sweets & chocs) and the medley (between spite and cupid) were real highlights. Loved the audience interaction and the jokes. LBT is our favourite venue, its big enough to feel grand and have a great atmosphere but small enough to easily see what's going on and feel intimate. We're so pleased to have this on our doorstep”
“My 1st visit and couldn't have been happier. Every member of staff exemplary and good selection of beers. I was most pleased with the arrangement made for my accessibility needs.”
“Absolutely beautiful building with such a rich history. Most know that the most famous owner was Ann Lister but the building is very old and has some fabulous examples of medieval architecture. Well worth a visit a true gem. We did a guided tour which was so informative and the guides were brilliant. The grounds are immaculate and the park is full of things to do and see. If you haven't been to Shibden you are missing out.”
“I had some time to kill between the hotel kick out time and the event I was going to so I thought I would go exploring, with my camera in hand. What an absolute find Manor Heath Park was! Watching the wildlife playfully flitting about, seeing a wide array of fabulous doggos, and being surrounded by a plethora of beautiful flowers was just an ideal way to spend my Sunday morning. I can only imagine how beautiful it all looks when fully in bloom come spring time. I would highly recommend a visit if you're in the area.”
“Nice decor, friendly and helpful staff, good range of food and drinks including vegetarian and vegan options. Good mix of seating over two floors, outdoor seating too. Nice view over the Victorian market building. Wi-fi access.”
“The Manager at this branch created one of the best tasting and purist Cortado. Thank you for demonstrating how a coffee should be made.”
“We have been to a few different performances here and each one has been wonderful. John has so much time for everyone who comes to the theatre and helps make it a truly memorable experience for the young and not so young! Well worth a trip.”
“Had my first visit with my family today and i honestly cant praise it highly enough, the food was utterly divine, the lady running it was so friendly and welcoming and it was lovely and clean i wish i could give a higher rating and i cant wait for my next visit”
“I have lived in The Grand Mill for a little over a year, i highly recommend it as an affordable safe and secure building to live in. All bills are inclusive barring council tax and the building comes equipped with a wash room, gym and storage space for bikes. If you are looking for an affordable, safe and clean, central location in Bradford, I would recommend The Grand Mill.”
“To be totally honest, I was very apprehensive having seen previous reviews. However, upon ordering, we were happy with how hot the food was, fantastic portion sizes. I also felt the price wasn't too bad. Compared to other establishments on site”
