Jordan’s incredibly knowledgeable about all of the animals he stocks, and is always on hand to offer that knowledge as well as advice. We popped in today as I was going to get another jumping spider anyway, but my mum also wanted to get a mantis. Jordan was brilliant when it came to advice for what species she should get as her first mantis, and we left with a lovely little spiny flower. Thank you!! ps. (3 years) We were advised at our very first session of the options we had and was encouraged to have Louie ‘hand stripped’ which has left him with the most beautiful coat. “Brilliant Service. I tried CD Grimwood as it's more local than the garage I usually take my car to for its MOT and I wasn't disappointed. I opted to wait for the MOT test but the car failed on a few items, which the garage said they could fix the same day so they offered me a lift home. I told them I picked my kids up from school at half two and they said they'd see what they could do to get my car done by then. Five minutes after twelve i received a message to say my car was ready. I cannot recommend them highly enough - they are all very friendly and helpful and clearly care very much about customer service which is something very rare in this day and age.”
