“I definitely recommend Lindsay! She was really a good listener and takes key notes on what we say and remembers it all through the treatment. She was very quick in finding out the issue and suggested EMDR. Initially i was not very comfortable with EMDR however the changes it has brought in my day to day life was remarkable. I have taken up few online counselling sessions before but they were concentrating on a specific problem and talk through it which was not very helpful. The EMDR's i went through with Lindsay was very effective and i was able to overcome the difficulties i had within few weeks. She don't jump into conclusions but makes us think about the situation and how we can help ourselves. My overall experience and outcome was excellent! Thank you Lindsay”

“Exceptional Care and Compassion I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding care and compassion provided by surgery. Last month, I visited the surgery after suffering a dog bite on my right hand, which had become infected. From the initial phone call to the treatment I received, I was thoroughly impressed by the professionalism, kindness, and dedication displayed by many staff members. The two ladies in the nurse room were absolute angels! They tended to my wound with utmost care, applied a bandage, and ensured I received follow-up treatments. Their expertise and gentle approach put me at ease, making a distressing experience far more manageable. Furthermore, my interactions with the reception staff, particularly the morning shift lady on September 17, 2024, at 9 am, were exceptional. Her polite demeanor, calm listening skills, and respectful communication exemplify the highest standards of customer service. I would also like to praise the exceptional care provided by Dr. Zaidi and Dr. Moona Nasir. They consistently demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and a genuine interest in their patients' well-being. Their expertise and bedside manner are truly commendable. I must note that not all staff members provided the same level of service. Unfortunately, some phone interactions were disappointing, with staff members displaying poor listening skills and unprofessional communication. However, these instances were greatly overshadowed by the exceptional care provided by others. I would like to extend my heartfelt gratitude to the entire team for their efforts.
