“I came in to the shop on Tuesday was greeted by Mohammed who welcomed me and the Mrs and told us us to take a seat in his office and asked how he can help. I explained what we needed and he provided us with his expertise knowledge and spoke about the different products and measurements. He gave us a quote there and then and also gave a delivery date. He sent me a message the next day with details off the full order and the delivery date and time. He went above and beyond. True to his word. Delivered everything and assembled it. The team who came along were excellent, very attentive and professional. The beds we ordered were so comfortable and the price was definitely affordable. Highly recommend. I chose a sofa in store and then customised it by having a bespoke size to exactly fit the space & chose the fabric then added piping! It was ready and delivered so fast! We had a slight misunderstanding on the cushions with the piping and they swapped them over so quickly and without hassle. Ross was quick to come out and provided us with some great design ideas He managed to create us a custom larder, just how we wanted it and was able to add things that your mainstream kitchen companies couldn’t. Ross was clearly invested in creating the best finished product for us. The price came in similar to some larger kitchen companies, but having had their kitchens before, this one came in at such a higher quality. Communication was great throughout the project. The quality of the units is also superior at 22mm thick compared to where else we had been and they are made in their own factory meaning they can bespoke make things for you.
