“Brilliant customer service. Got in touch regarding a mattress which i bought in may. They came out straight away had a look and said would replace it for me possibly after a week. An hour later they came back with a brand new mattress because they had one in stock. They took the old mattress away with all packaging and fitted the brand new one for me. Even gave me after care advice. I highly recommend this company i will be buying all my household items from here. Thankyou so much”

“I didn't know where to turn when my insurance company wrote off my american fridge freezer. They refused to install a new one or even bring it into my house. I asked around on a local FB page and these guys were highly recommended. Rightly so. They booked me in for the day my new fridge freezer was coming, they were prompt, ridiculously helpful, professional and thorough! I explained what we needed and he provided us with his expertise knowledge and spoke about the different products and measurements. He gave us a quote there and then and also gave a delivery date. He sent me a message the next day with details off the full order and the delivery date and time. He went above and beyond. True to his word. Delivered everything and assembled it. With Lesley`s help and guidance we quickly formulated our mood board. Mark was very experienced in creating a new design and layout. The quality of the units and appliances are of a high standard and we are particularly pleased with our Dekton worktops and waterfall side panel feature. All the work was well co-ordinated, with Mark undertaking the fitting, plumbing and additional electrics, to the additional tradesmen; decorators (Darren & team), floor fitter (Steve) and contempo glass design company for the glass splash backs.
