“Following a technical fault with my vehicle which required roadside recovery I contacted Swift via their WhatsApp account to hopefully initiate a possible diagnosis the following day. To my surprise I received an immediate response via the App and by swapping messages was able to have the vehicle recovered to the workshop ready for the following day. It was very reassuring at the time to know we had Swift in place to investigate the problem and to be able to leave the vehicle at their site overnight with a reasonable sense of security considering how late in the evening the vehicle recovered. I also received a call at 08:02 the following morning to discuss the matter in detail. The diagnostic process was complex, but ultimately a definitive fault was found and the relevant part replaced, additional work was also identified and I was happy to agree it’s completion as I like to have a well maintained/ serviced/repaired vehicle. Throughout the process, Swift communicated with me by email and phone and text, when I wanted to have a detailed discussion about the problem and resolve I was able to do so by being passed to the appropriate people in a timely manner. I was impressed by the way in which the team were keen to hear the history and scenarios whereby the fault had occurred, this was so much more reassuring than just being told that they would plug in the diagnostics and find the problem. The vehicle has been previously serviced/MOT’d by Swift and is booked again for 2026, all being well this recent repair will prove to be a success and enable me to use the vehicle with confidence. I currently feel reassured that in the unlikely event of a recurrence Swift would deal with the matter accordingly. I would definitely recommend Swift Motors.”

“Popped in to get my air con checked after being told by a national chain garage it was booked in with that they could not do it as it had the newer type gas and not the older type as stated when online booking. Now waiting for my refund. Arrived at C R Allen and the service was great, came straight out and had a look to confirm it was the old type gas which was great as it's cheaper. They then said they had a slot to be able to do it for me straight away. Told me the price and also advised having the pollen filter changed as it had not been done in the last 12 months. Price agreed and the van went straight in. Drove away an hour later all nice and chilled with my air con working. Happy to recommend.”

“I needed a battery check and replacement battery if as I suspected mine was on it's way out. Promptly checked and confirmed I needed a new one. Not a 5 minute job replacing the Kuga battery but all done professionally ensuring no loss of codes etc by friendly staff. My only slight criticism would be only one choice and price of battery but I was just a drive in, so maybe with an advance booking there may have been a choice. Also I joined the Halfords motering club that gave me a free fitting and £10 off the battery price and some future benefits. Overall a good experience.”
