When I phoned them the next day and explained my situation, the secretary and the technicians were incredibly understanding and responsive, sending out a couple of mechanics to assess what my car needed. They explained clearly what work needed to be done and when they realised that I couldn't drive the car to them, they sent me to a recovery service that transported my car at a very reasonable and affordable price. They then fixed the clutch that very afternoon which was incredible as I needed to drive back home on Monday! The car drove fantastically on my way back and the fix was a very reasonable price. I couldn't recommend them more as they were friendly, compassionate and responsive to a very stressful situation.”
