“So I went here after checking out the reviews and boy was I very pleased that I did. I ordered online via the app which is very easy to navigate and arrived 20 minutes later and took a seat to wait for the food, which wasn't too long. You can eat in here or take away, but as you can see from the photos the place is immaculate and the tables are laid out well (not too many so it's cramped, the perfect amount) Whilst waiting I checked out the drinks menu and we also got a Nutella and Oreo milkshake which was delicious. I ordered the double Joe's burger with the dirty fries and I have to say it's one of the best burgers and chips I've had in a long time. The burger was lovely and juicy but the great thing was that it wasn't greasy so it didn't make the bun soggy. The bun was a lovely soft brioche bun with sesame seeds on top. The dirty fries were very good and came with cheese, bacon and some seasoning which was delicious. The food packaging is really nicely and you can tell that they've invested a lot of effort to make it look really good. The staff were really friendly. Although a bit pricier than some places but you pay for what you get and the quality was extremely good. I really recommend the place and if you able to get there it's definitely worth a visit and you will not be disappointed.”

“Popped in tonight for a few pints. Bar staff were lovely. The gentleman (Stephen) behind the bar poured me a great Guinness 0.0. And the lady (India) was gorgeous and so friendly. Will definitely pop back to see them both.”

“I was really impressed with the quality and the taste of my takeaway today. I had lamb naga with keema rice. The taste was amazing and what i really appreciate is the quantity of oil was very less. Complementary papadum was crispy and i truly enjoyed my meal. I normally order from just eat but today i discovered that they have their own website where you can get 20% discount with code "over14". I would highly recommend everyone to try this place”

“It’s a shame I could only rate it 5 star all the staff are really really lovely! every time I go i always receive a warm welcome, always stocked with the things I need, I have had many chats with the staff left laughing and smiling with everything I need cannot fault this place and even if I did the manager is always willing to talk and to make your experience better!!”

“There is now a new owner of the shop. He is very nice and friendly, (a welcome change from the previous older gentleman). He now has the Pay point up and running, along with the Payzone machine. He is still waiting for the Post Office service to be set up, but that should be soon. He also has the Evri service running. He is also asking if customers can give him some feedback on products they would like to see in the shop. If you have stopped coming to this shop because of the previous owner and service, I would highly recommended a return visit, so you can see the difference for yourself.”

“Ok, so we moved to lancing in 2016. Before we moved we were looking at what people said was the best Chinese in the area and Jade Garden kept coming up so we promised ourselves we’d try it. It’s now 2023 and we finally got around to trying it, as a celebration after my partner went in for surgery. We haven’t had a Chinese for over ten years and to my absolute delight Jade Garden was fantastic! The food was all hot, they didn’t forget anything, delivery was on time, every item we had was absolutely 100% perfect! We even spoke to them on the phone about delivery as we are hard to find sometimes and they were very helpful. Me and my partner both absolutely devoured that meal last night and slipped quietly into a food coma afterwards for an hour! I highly recommend Jade Garden 10/10 oh, ordering and paying for the food before they even opened was great! We will return! Thank you!”

“Decided to visit for the first time as I heard about a Karaoke taking place here, which was brilliant fun. This is a great pub overall with a really good nice friendly atmosphere. Will be returning again soon to sing more songs on the Karaoke, and maybe even check out the live entertainment and Open Mic nights they have here too.”

“Since Scampi's adult coat came in and winter was upon us, it became more and more difficult to groom and he got more matts than we could cope with. I explained to Maxine how we were loathe to lose the length but understood that perhaps now we'd have to start from scratch. She was very understanding and although she had to clip him quite short, she managed to keep the length on his head, ears and tail and he looks great, He obviously feels a lot better too and is running around like a loon. She also gave good advice about avoiding matts as his coat grows longer. All in all, an excellent first experience when I've heard so many horror stories about groomers from other people.”

“We just ordered a couple of doner kebabs with cream cheese jalapeños on the side and it was amazing! Just the right amount of food. Delivery time was fast. The lady who delivered payed attention to the note left and was friendly on drop off. 0 complaints. Another delicious takeaway! Thank you!”

“Placed an order over the phone for a set meal. Lady on the telephone is sooo friendly and same with delivery driver, can’t fault the service at all, felt the Asian hospitality. The food arrived hot. Sweet and sour sauce/rice/chicken balls 5* but shredded beef a lot more harder than other places but still very tasty and a solid *4 and for the price is soo worth it. Will order again.”

“I ordered from here a couple of weeks ago and forgot to leave a review! I wanted to give 5 stars due to the level of customer service. I orginally ordered 2 pizzas and a side and even though part of the order was wrong, I cannot fault the way in which the staff/manager who was on that night rectified the problem. I called up and they were quick to apologise, and even though the it was only part of the order that was wrong, they resent the whole order again, with the corrected pizza, it came in good time and was hot and tatsed really good. Would definitely recommend for good value food and brilliant customer service.”
