“We are staying here currently and we were a bit worried beforehand after reading all the bad reviews but honestly I believe people’s expectations are way too high. You really are paying for what you get, so if you would like a 5 star hotel then that is what you should go pay for. The rooms, while yes, dated, do what they are intended for. The hotel is located right by the beach so there is lots to do and you only really need to sleep here so the hotel is perfect for that, especially at the cheap prices it has. The shower in our room had the best water pressure I have ever felt and the beds are comfy. The rooms are very clean also. The staff are lovely and very helpful, so thank you for that. And again, to reiterate, the reviews here appear to be left by people who have high expectations for an affordable hotel. We would definitely stay here again!”

“Good restaurant, fantastic service. We wanted to order penne with a Carbonara sauce without bacon, and the waiter offered to exchange the bacon with mushrooms for free. Also, he proposed that if we didn’t like the spicy pepper too much, he could leave it out and bring us chillies, also for free. The prices are totally acceptable, we paid less than £15 for a good meal.”
