“We would like to give Josh 10 stars for customer service. On Monday afternoon brought 2 pairs of shoes for our wedding (1pair being for my son) and 1 pair had to be delivered. They arrived as promised on Tuesday afternoon. Sadly too big so went back to see Josh at Churchill Square Brighton early Wednesday morning and he not only reordered another pair but reassured us that if they didn't come next day he would find a solution. Pleased to say they arrived first thing this morning (Thursday) and we get married tomorrow (not my son!!!). Thank you Josh for going above and beyond on customer service.... We will definitely be shopping in Sole Trader again and will be recommending to others too.”

“Prior experience of the shop haven't been great, but, I was really surprised during my most recent visit. I went in search of football boots. I have big wide feet so actually this is a challenge. Stock levels of size 12s isn't great. I picked three up and none in my size. Store assistants apologized and then looked to see what was in stock. I explained about my side feet and said ok I know what will fit you. Came back with a pair that fitted perfectly. Checked to make sure I was happy and obviously I bought them. Lady at the till was really smiley and very pleasant in serving me. Great experience there. Thank you!”

“Great place to shop for stuffs related to sports and adventure related.. its having Garments, shoes, bags, indoor games , outdoor sports equipment, accessories, etc..so much under one roof.. it has a huge ground floor and first floor.. too many stuffs available.. ghe quality is also good..”

“Overall, I’d rate Flannels Brighton 3 stars based on my past experiences, as I didn’t always feel very welcomed on previous visits. However, today completely changed my view thanks to Sky in the men’s section upstairs. She deserves 5 stars on her own — patient, helpful, and genuinely welcoming. I spent over an hour shopping, kept changing my mind, and she still happily brought me everything I needed to try.
