After returning home payment for £73.18 had been taken twice. I rang the branch and was told I wouuld get a refund but it would take a while. The next week I was contacted to say my item was at Radstock waiting collection. I explained the above and was told Item would go back into stock and I would get my refund. The staff were first class at radstock bra nch. Head Office I would like my refund PLEASE!!”
