He was very professional with prompt communication and a quick turnaround to get us booked in, he arrived on time and was even able to come along early when it suited us and he was adaptable when the work was more complicated than first thought. He was able to source parts within a few hours and followed up the day after when we had further work to do. It is very tricky to find good tradespeople and I am pleased to now have one we can trust!”

Please note that this is a "Trade Only" merchant so if you are a retail customer they may note be able to serve you unless you have been sent in by your plumber/fitter to choose your bath/shower etc. This is down to local planning laws, not them being awkward as they would love to serve retail too.”

The engineer who initially inspected the old boiler explained clearly what the problems were, and the owner came to do a thorough review and confirmed what was needed to get the system back up and running. The job was then booked in and undertaken on the agreed date in a highly efficient manner. The engineers who undertook the work were extremely professional and did a great job. Customer service was excellent throughout the project, and after care service likewise excellent. Andy has done various odd jobs for me over the last couple of years, both at home and the office, the most recent being just before Christmas when an old copper pipe burst in the bathroom - resulting in water coming through the ceiling in the kitchen! Andy came to the rescue, fixing the leak and getting the bathroom usable again. He was also super quick with his paperwork which made the insurance claim so much quicker/ easier!
