He worked like a bespoke tailor, cutting the material on site and pinning it together against the sofa to ensure a perfect fit. He then finished the covers at his workshop and brought them back in a few days for final fitting. We are thrilled with the results. Then just after this I had a marketing email to say its St Patrick's Day and a 10% discount code. I wrote a tongue in cheek email, to try my luck see if they would give me a voucher towards my next purchase as I missed the deal by ordering out of hours. Just had a return email to say they refunded the 10% back to my card. They didn't need to do that, great products, great support.”
